She spent time getting to know me personally, offered suggestions, and explained what wasn’t working and what needed to change. I immediately felt comfortable and confident she would be able to create what I needed to succeed. From there, I let her take the wheel; which was a big deal for me. I am not a marketer, I am in the medical field and needed to focus my efforts on my business, clients, and family; not rebranding my logo, making brochures, cards, decals, etc.

 

My favorite part of the experience was Jana’s ability to mirror my desire to be concise and effective when reviewing materials. Everything she designed had options that were narrowed down and completed in a timely fashion. When I expressed my likes and dislikes, she took those opinions and translated them into working art!
