Originally hired as a brand consultant, to clean up and evolve the existing brand guides and create marketing materials, but as TOCA Football grew nationally and formed partnerships, there were several centers that needed interior renovations and exterior signage. National sub-brands were also developed and all this needed to be developed while the overall brand was being re-evaluated. Working part-time, through covid, remotely for four years, I was involved in 50+ projects. I served as an interior consultant and designer for six facilities, built in-house annual report decks for the board, photographed trainers in multiple locations, covered event marketing, pulled paint, created on-boarding packages, explored branding on equipment, UX, games and promotional items. Basically my job was "bridging the brand" while global operations planned for the future.

The attention to detail on projects like this are demanding. When a company grows this fast there are a lot of moving parts to manage and keep up with. The ability to communicate with vendors and fully understand their process and needs is vital in maintaining quality control.
